1. Service
This service is an entertainment service where users can enjoy online amusement casino-style games. It is not intended for gambling, money transfer, investment, financial transactions, redemption, or obtaining any property or economic benefit.
The words “BET,” “WIN,” “PAYOUT,” and similar expressions may appear in games. They are game presentation terms and indicate changes in in-service points only. They do not mean wagering cash, receiving cash payouts, or obtaining any property benefit.
2. Nature of points
TP, GP, bonuses, and any other points or balances shown in this service may be used only for gameplay, campaigns, gifts, and other functions designated by the company.
Users may not exchange, refund, withdraw, or redeem these points for cash, crypto assets, prizes, goods, gift cards, or anything else with economic value. Except for functions expressly permitted within this service, users may not sell, transfer, lend, pledge, or otherwise dispose of them to any third party.
3. Purchases, crediting, and cancellations
When a user purchases points or similar items in this service, they are generally credited to the relevant account after the purchase is completed. Crediting may take time due to network issues, payment processing delays, or the status of external services.
Due to the nature of digital services, completed purchases are generally not cancelable, returnable, or refundable. This does not apply where crediting failed due to a system issue attributable to the company, where required by applicable law, or where the company separately approves an adjustment.
4. Prohibited conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct.
- Using the service for gambling, redemption, money transfer, money laundering, or any other improper purpose
- Selling, transferring, lending, pledging, or otherwise providing accounts, TP, GP, bonuses, or in-service points to any third party
- Using external tools, unauthorized programs, communication tampering, or similar means to manipulate game results, balances, histories, or records
- Registering false information, impersonating another person, improperly using multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use an account
- Causing damage or disadvantage to the company, other users, game providers, payment-related providers, or any other third party
5. Game results and balances
Game results, balance changes, transaction histories, and other records are determined by the records stored on the servers of the company or the relevant game provider.
If there is a communication issue, system issue, suspected misuse, correction notice from a game provider, or other necessary reason, the company may investigate and take necessary measures including canceling game results, correcting balances, and restricting use.
6. Account restrictions
If a user violates these terms, is suspected of misuse, requires response under law or to a relevant authority, or if restriction is necessary for service operation, the company may suspend the account, restrict balance use, terminate the agreement, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
The company does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, the content, continuity, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company, the company is not responsible for damage caused by communication environments, user devices, external services, game providers, payment-related providers, or any other third party.
8. Changes to these terms
The company may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms become effective when posted in the service or at another time specified by the company. If a user continues to use the service after the change, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
9. Governing law and consultation
Unless mandatory laws provide otherwise, these terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the company’s place of establishment. If a dispute arises in relation to the service, the user and the company will consult in good faith to resolve it.
